FedEx only delivers Expedited Shipments Monday-Friday

We begin processing orders within 1 to 2 days after credit card verification.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, please select 2 days or Next Day Shipping Method.

We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO addresses.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for their packages get redirected to Knauer Pianos mark as unclaimed.

Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

Address Verification may delay Delivery.

Your order cannot be canceled or changed once it is submitted.
